Film Festival

By submitting your project to the MoviePlay International Film Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Submissions are open to filmmakers, screenwriters, and creators worldwide.
     

  • Projects of all genres and languages are accepted. Non-English films/scripts must include English subtitles or translations.
     

  • There is no restriction on the year of production.

2. Submission Guidelines

  • All submissions must be made through our official submission gate or FilmFreeway.
     

  • Submission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
     

  • Projects must be submitted with correct viewing links and passwords (if applicable). Faulty links may result in disqualification.

3. Categories & Selection

  • MPIFF accepts submissions across various categories including short films, documentaries, music videos, scripts, and more.
     

  • Each project is judged fairly and equally, based on originality, creativity, storytelling, and execution.
     

  • Official Selections, Nominations, and Winners will be chosen by the MPIFF jury. The decision of the festival is final and not subject to appeal.

4. Rights & Permissions

  • By submitting, you confirm that you own the rights to your project or have obtained necessary permissions.
     

  • You grant MPIFF the right to use excerpts, images, and information from your submission for promotional purposes (trailers, stills, posters, etc.).

5. Screenings

  • The festival is primarily held online. Selected projects will be screened via our official platform during the festival period.
     

  • Participants will be notified via email about their selection, screening schedule, and results.

6. Awards & Recognition

  • Winners in each category will receive official laurels and digital certificates.
     

  • Selected projects may be featured in our blogs, social media, blog, and IMDb listings (where applicable).

7. Disqualification

  • Projects with incomplete payments may not be considered.

8. Privacy

  • Your personal information will be used only for festival-related communication and will never be sold or shared.
