Drone Runner Lara Solaris — the sole survivor of the Ooteon Science Compound Massacre — is sent back to Ooteon to neutralize an unauthorized Drone Runner who has been destroying drones and threatening the fragile truce that ended the 100-year war between autonomous drones and the human race.
